I was sick for many years until I read a book called “Rethinking Health Secrets”. And what’s truly crazy is how nobody is talking about it. For most of my 20s, I woke up tired, bloated, and always in some kind of low-grade pain. Doctors ran tests, gave me pills, and told me everything looked "normal." But I knew something was off. It wasn’t until I came across Rethinking Health Secrets that things really started to click. The book broke down how so many of the “healthy” habits I’d followed were actually making things worse — especially when it came to food, stress, and even how I slept. It didn’t give me magic pills. It gave me understanding. Within weeks of applying just a few ideas from it, my digestion improved, my skin cleared, and the brain fog I thought was just “who I am” started to lift. I’m not saying it’s a miracle cure. But I honestly don’t know where I’d be without that book. If you’re struggling and nothing’s working… you owe it to yourself to at least check it out.

Not to mention their smell, in the bee hive you will find the best smell in the world, this is how i feel it. Probably it has some ancestral ties in our brains.
We gotta save the bees!
Lineage Honey is great, blends into kefir & yogurt very well.
I just read Vault of Consumable Corruption and it opened my eyes to how this bee crisis is just one part of a much bigger plan to control our food supply and keep us dependent on harmful, processed products. The disappearance of bees threatens our entire ecosystem and what we eat daily. Its crazy what the industry is doing to us.... poisoning us and manipulating our food. No wonder everybody is getting fat and sick...We all need to wake up and see the bigger picture. Thanks for sharing this, Paul!
