There's a lot of fitness/health stuff on the internet. Paul is the best in my opinion. Practical, functional movement is so important as we age combined with proper nutrition. Thanks Paul always great info.
You've inspired me to do a lot of self evaluating. I've quit drinking, vaping. I've also thrown out plastic Tupperware, and plastic cups.
Paul, in my opinion, is the real deal. Heโs in touch with his world, keeps things simple and is so driven to stay healthy in a realistic way. Totally my kind of language. Our current culture has so many distractions we can get caught up in so I feel the real test is staying in tuned with your body, your love and your surroundings you live in. I pray that Paulโs voice resonates with more people every day to help inspire us all to be our best selves, simply. Go Paul go! Keep up the amazing work!!
I'm 73 and every time I go to the gym, I do a reverse Nordic with my shoulders on the floor. I begin by doing 40 minutes of stretching, Yoga, a few martial arts moves and calisthenics.
