Description

In this video, I tried to find out the hidden ingredients In-N-Out is using in its food... Avoid fast food garbage and eat real foods. This is why I created Lineage Provisions. Giving you real foods in the most convenient way. Check us out: http://lineageprovisions.com/psmdyt It’s no surprise that over 70% of Americans are obese and overweight when over 60% of our calories come from ultra-processed foods like these… The seed oils, sythetic additives, and preservatives in these foods impact our hormones and metabolic functions negatively, making it harder for our bodies to produce energy and function properly… This leads to constant hunger, overeating, low energy, poor hormonal health and ultimately weight gain… I strongly believe diet is the biggest lever you can pull to heal and improve your health... It's always meat / organs / fruit / honey / raw dairy… This is an ANIMAL-BASED diet, and I believe this is the most optimal diet for humans on the planet... Check out my ANIMAL-BASED CALCULATOR here: https://www.paulsaladinomd.co/ab-guide#calculator 00:00 Intro 01:13 What's in their food? 04:23 Calling customer service 06:28 Toxic frying oil? 07:50 Eating fries = smoking cigarettes 08:50 Secret ingredients revealed 11:13 Why we are so fat & sick 13:58 I got kicked out... It should be a law that ingredients should be available to customers.

Paul I quit processed food for 3 months, mentally I feel so much happier, less stressed, my blood pressure is normal. I wish I could get people to try this. It's amazing. I mean I've counted calories before but never got rid of the chemicals like this.

These restaurants will eventually, have a picture of Paul by the register. Telling employees, if you see this man. Escort him off the premises immediately lol.

Bro, I worked at In-n-out for 4 years and couldn't tell you all the ingredients in everything. As an employee, we were never informed of ingredients information. However, I'd avoid the spread, bun, shakes, cheese (American cheese) or sodas. I used to eat a triple meat (protein style - lettuce wrap), whole grilled onion, tomato, pickles, mustard

I am 21 years old, been eating animal based diet for almost a year and 95% avoid fast food, processed meat and any junk or candy ext. I also take Pauls Heart And Soil WHOLE PACKAGE which I’ve started recently. I also take 3.5 grams of creatine daily and i lift weights 6 days a week and do cardio at least 4 days a week. I am a first responder so my sleep is a little rough lol but seriously I’ve been following Paul’s advice for a while now and i went from being a lazy teenage high schooler to a grown man because of Paul and this lifestyle. This is how humans should live and I encourage everyone to give it a shot. Stop poisoning yourself !!

Paul, thank you so much for being so polite to those workers. They're just doing their job. Who knows if any of them eat fast food. Maybe, but I respect you for being so kind to them all. Happy Holidays !
