Description

Here is what my body looks like after 5.5 years on an animal-based diet… If you truly want to thrive, make meat and organs the center of your diet. This is why I created Lineage Provisions. Giving you real foods in the most convenient way. Check us out: http://lineageprovisions.com/psmdyt At 47 years old, I am in the best shape of my life, with very low body fat, almost nonexistent visceral fat, and elite bone density… No surprise here… This is because I have been giving my body all it requires to truly thrive and function optimally… Animal foods contain many UNIQUE nutrients that are ESSENTIAL for hormonal health and optimal metabolic functions… It's always meat / organs / fruit / honey / raw dairy. This is an ANIMAL-BASED diet, and I believe this is the most optimal diet for humans on the planet... That woman did an excellent job of explaining this.

Dear Paul, you need to study the Alaska natives. I am, Alaska Native. And eating mostly an animal based diet has helped me so much. Because most of our diet is like yours. Meat, fat from the animals, fish and berries. The conventional American diet made me and so many others sick. Especially the natives up there.

Me and my brother try to eat animal based and it feels good and we are so happy to be able to be healthy early on, and thank you Dr Paul! (We are 15)

This is one really good reason to listen to Paul. He shares his bloodwork and other critical health test results.

In 4 months on an animal-based diet, I have gone from 202 lbs to 182 lbs. At about 15 years old, I reached my current height (6ft3in) and was about 170 lbs. In college between ages 18/19 I gained 15 lbs and was at 185. Leaving college at age 22, I was 192. Over the last 10 years I added on about 10 more lbs. Officially the lightest I have been since I was age 18. I don't count calories, eat until I am full and try to buy the highest quality animal based foods within my budget. My average day of eating would be a 40oz fruit protein smoothie (cow milk, banana, frozen strawberry, frozen blueberry, protein powder, collagen powder -all organic/pasteur-raised) and 4 eggs for meal 1. Meal 2 would be 1lb beef and about 6oz of fruit or veggies, usually fruit. Later in the night, a greek yogurt with honey and maybe a little more fruit if I am still hungry.

Guys I don’t know if y’all realize, 0.3 pounds of visceral fat is a very very low number that is soooo impressive
