I'm glad I found this channel. I'm so pissed I found it so late 😂 It's so hard to start with step 1 - validating your idea (and having a good one).
Interesting is this mostly just b2b clients? As for an app to go viral or hit well on the app store it needs to be priced accordingly
Do you think is super necessary to have SOC-2 to sell to those clients that can pay more? would be great a video about that, maybe some myths and truths regarding SOC-2 for startups
Another win for the impact-driven entrepreneurs out there.
What if you are still in a pre-release/beta stage? Isn't it better to undercut your competitors to gain an advantage over them and have a more enticing offer for your early adopters?
I do not really agree with this. Using horse sense, a business is way more likely to spend a cheaper alternative that provides the same functionalities (including webinars, onboarding, etc). That is just horse sense.
Hmm, competitors box you in
Hey Rob Walling, I came across your content and genuinely enjoyed it. I noticed you're creating valuable long-form videos, and I think there are a lot of moments that could be turned into engaging Shorts/Reels to help reach more viewers and bring additional traffic back to your main content. I'd love to create a free sample from one of your videos so you can see my editing style and quality firsthand. After that, you can decide whether you'd like to work together. If you're interested, just send me a video link and I'll get started. Thanks, Vinayak
About the path one: what if the app provides one-purchase model instead of a subscription model?
