Trying to force someone to shave their head is insane. I had cancer and lost all my hair at 15 and was devastated because it was a big part of my identity. I couldn't imagine asking someone else to go through that, not to mention how much regrowing your hair from nothing sucks.
These comments here are concerning. I’m an extremely sex positive person and story 1’s reaction from so many people is downplaying this person’s concerns and I can’t help feel it’s because he’s a man. Man or woman they should feel safe sharing their sexual concerns and be replied to without being made fun of or told “you’re suffering from success”. Consent is the biggest key here as stated and this person shouldn’t be made fun of for stressing over this, not everybody has the same understanding on how “dominant in the bedroom” works to know to speak on everything before they find out what that means
“Matthew told me that Jessica is very upset and has told all of their family repeatedly that she hates me for having long hair and refusing to shave it for her.” I call BS. Something tells me little sis said no such thing. I have no proof of that, just a hunch.
"I'll shave my hair if you all quit your jobs as a sympathy gesture to me when I get fired by my agency." Yeah, I doubt their sympathy for someone who isn't family would extend that far. Matthew can pound sand without his hair.
Story 2: "How could you put LOOKS and VANITY over my cancer ridden sister!" Bestie those looks are _literally_ how Op _pays the bills._ She _literally_ cannot afford to do that.
Last one update: op told his wife it was him or the family and she said it would always be him. There was a lot of convo and a lot of explaining the hold of the family and her fears. The black sheep older sister is helping them. Trust is being rebuilt since she stood up to the family on her own without him asking. TLDR: cutting off her family, moving, staying married
That last one wasn't a family, that's a cult, if you kick out family because they have their own thoughts. You're obviously not "family centered" then.
Victim blaming isnt cool. Besides, the most important part of kink is communication
Story 2: No means no. OP didn't need a reason. "I don't wanna" is reason enough. She needs to walk away.
Story 2: STOP FORCING PEOPLE TO SHAVE THEIR HEADS OF SOMEONE YOU KNOW HAS CANCER!!!! I had cancer and very long hair and it took two years for it to grow back to that length but I never asked anyone to shave their heads for me, because it wouldn't help me in any way. If you want to help someone, do things like offer to clean their house, meal prep, take them to their appointments!! There's more than one way to help!!!
