Story 1: I get the feeling that him pleading with the jock was all just an act. He was simply egging the jock on so he would take a big swig of that "lukewarm electrolytes". Hey, at least now the jock would think twice about drinking someone's drink without consequence.

Scary that the HR team in the last story wasn't at all suspicion a single employee filing multiple harassment claims over time.

Last Story: Seems like OP's paranoia and caution came in clutch for him and honestly, what he does is smart. U can never be too prepared or expect the unexpected. That woman tried to lie and get OP fired but OP had the proof and evidence to make it backfire

NEVER TRUST HR! Recently I was fired because the company I worked for closed. HR never told me anything. I worked from home, so a friend of mine called me to tell me that. I had to call HR to find out what to do next.

Last story: I don't blame OP for recording on office time because after a lot of the stories here it's clear more people need to. The fact that there was security camera footage showing that at least half her claim was false but they were still fully taking her side is terrifying. It shows that unless you have a bullet proof case they will just go with what someone told them even if it's flimsy.

Damn good thing that last OP lived in a one party consent place! Imagine getting exonerated from the claim, only to get yourself fired for illegal recording lol.

Story 3: That department was pretty much scamming the company out of thousands in bonuses, that money could have gone to more deserving people. But hey Tammy was fired and sued, and the other lead was demoted, so at least she won't be able to pull that stunt again

I see people are complaining about the video being 11 minutes, but his videos are usually in the range of 14-20 minutes, and sometimes we get some longer or shorter than that range. Yesterday was 13. There was a 13:37 9 days ago, a 18:26 4 days ago, and a 12 2 weeks ago. This one just happens to be one of the shorter ones. It's not a big deal or a trend to be paranoid about. Maybe Dabney has less time to record on some days, or maybe the stories that he thought were best that day just happened to wind up making for a shorter video.

of course HR isn't your friend, they are there to manage the administrative side regarding employment in the company and protect the company against employee issues. in the case of a dispute between an employee and management and HR sides with the employee, it's not from the good of the heart, it's to avoid making an illegal action that can lead to damages to the company.
