Firstly, Thank you to so many people who have reached out and felt inspired because you are all inspiring me. Anything is possible and even if don't live to fulfill it, I will die trying. I am 16 + minutes in this video and I wish I could do life all over again and somehow become a physicist firstly to explore the known and unknown universe through the language of physics, and explore these amazing places. I am 55 years in May and I just started my Bachelors in Physics at ASU and simultaneously doing Masters at SEU for Cybersecurity but I am praying I live long enough to get my Masters in Physics, and Doctorate and really use that knowledge to explore and discover the Quantum Universe. Neil deGrasse Tyson you are such an inspiration! Thank you for sharing with us your life! I am 55 years old for the record!
The guy incharge of the soundtrack and ambience music, needs a raise immediately <3
The production on this video was insane, I hope more videos like this are released. I dont expect them very often but definitely loved the behind the scenes footage
I love how William Shatner is being invited to the most random things connected with space because of his iconic role in Star Trek. Just living his life, doing cool things now. Cheers, captain Kirk!
Living on such a beautiful planet I don’t understand why we don’t appreciate it and appreciate each other it would make things so much better
A big thank you to FUTURE of SPACE and their Media Team for capturing and contributing stunning visuals from this extraordinary voyage! Check out their YouTube page to watch some of the conversations Neil had aboard their ship: https://www.youtube.com/@FUTUREofSPACE_official
I'm a musician and had the incredible opportunity to perform on a tourist expedition ship that traveled to Antarctica — truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Dr.Tyson, I'm a Disabled US Army Veteran and I want to Thank You for this video and Thank You for all of Your contributions that You have given to this pale blue dot in our cosmos. Thank You Dr. Tyson, I am so proud of You and happy to be alive in this time and able to witness Your achievements and learn from You. I Salute You Sir. 🫡🫡🫡
I am 75 years young. As a kid in school I learned about the explorers of both poles. I was fascinated. Still am. Thank you
I never thought I would experience such emotions watching this and just taking in the marvel of Antarctica. I'm from Los Angeles, and I've done some traveling, even to Switzerland, but nothing compares to this. I can only describe it as Heaven, perfection. It really made me emotional, to the point of tears.
