I might have missed some, but here's some notes I took: 1. Change Eating Schedule 2. Lengthen time between meals 3. Reduce carb intake 4. Influence how liver oxidizes fat by altering training. High intensity work. Norwegian 4x4 5. Zone 2 (low/slow) cardio. Walking, hiking...pickleball! :) 6. Good quality Omega 3 supplement 7. Add 1-2oz of hard Mediterranean cheese (Pecorino Romano or hard parmesan cheese) 8. Add more protein 9. Take MOTS-C Peptide 10. Yohimbine 2-5mg 11. Hot bath 12. Reduce stress 13. Sauna 14. 5-HTP 15. N-Nicotinoyl-Gaba 16. Glutamine 17. Increase Polyphenol (berries, onions, garlic) 18. Drink loads of water 19. Focus on gut health (add collagen, bone broth)

At 67, 5'6, 190lb with a belly hanging over my belt. I'm a week into intermittent fasting, eating right, and eliminating all processed food. I've lost 8lb.
This is so helpful. I’m my case, this is exactly what happened to me. I have off the charts inflammation and my visceral fat was over 4 lbs! My hs-CRP was 20s. I have auto immune psoriatic arthritis. I was keto and then carnivore for years with little change in any of it. I am on biologics for the auto immune. No doctor ever could really help. I have now lowered my inflammation via a small dose of glp-1 and with the pain and fatigue reduction, have been able to go to the gym to strength train 4 days a week. It is all going in the right direction. My weight and inflammation are both going down. This medicine has enabled me to make the lifestyle changes to make me healthier and I feel so much better! Biking season is here in MN. Yesterday went out for a 2 hour bike ride before eating anything, even really cranked it the final 20 minutes. Burned 2000 calories since my last meal, ie burning mostly visceral fat. V02 max was 35, good for my age, 63.
Variety..I hung that word on my kitchen bulletin board. It’s a reminder to diversify my polyphenols. Rather than large doses of one kind, I try to spread them around…A little chocolate, a few cranberries, different nuts and seeds berries.
Whenever I can't sleep, I listen to these vids. Very soothing
