Once we went low carb. (Under 50 a day) We felt better. Started looking better. Sleeping better. Its a no brainer for us!!! Plus we only eat 2x a day. Lunch & dinner. No snacking. Dinner is finished no later than 6. Our schedule allows that. Great video!!!!!
I did black coffee and flavcity protein powder and walk 5 miles a day . Yes a steak , sweet potato, and broccoli for dinner. Im down 60 pounds
Early eating window (11:00 am to 3:00 pm) made a massive difference to my insulin resistance, and improved my atrial fibrillation to being non-existent. I've done this for 3 years. What a difference in health. I'm very slim, but the fasting increased my muscle mass, I think due to growth hormone. I wish I discovered this in my 20's. What a life- saver!

Dealing with A-fib and noticing how food impacts my heart rate I decided to cut carbs and sugar almost 3 weeks ago. My heart rate has been incredibly stable. Carbs, sugar, and processed foods absolutely have an impact on our overall health. Appreciate your content Thomas.
Putting on lean muscle also helps sensitize cells to insulin. And contracting/stretching calf muscles after a meal helps reduce blood sugar spikes, if you can manage a 10-minute walk after each meal, even better.
This worked before menopause. After menopause, this all stopped working. I had to add a micro dose of a glp-1 to get that back under control. Now my fasting insulin is back to normal and this all works great again! My visceral fat went from over 4 to 1 again! Menopause is a different animal if your metabolism is dysfunctional. Did keto . Lost 100 lbs. Fell of the wagon, now I am stuck & can’t lose. This was perfect for me. I will change a few things. You gave me my hope back. To everyone else out there…..do not fall off the wagon. No matter what the occasion, just don’t do it. You will regret it.
