I just got done paying off my loan on all the supplements Thomas told me to buy. Guess I’m taking out another.
I've been using it for months, only 2-3 times a week about half a teaspoon under the tongue . my lab results have improved enough, ( with other changes to diet and exercise) that I'm no longer on blood pressure meds, and no longer Pre diabetic . and No longer being hounded to start meds for Cholesterol. It's probably not one single thing, but accumulated effects from several small healthier changes. So overall, not bad for my age.
In the title Mr. DeLauer has two drops of oil. That won't do anything. The dosage in the study was two grams. There are 20 drops of water in a gram and oil is around 20% lighter than water. I just measured it with a scale twice and it is actually 24 to 25 drops of oil in 1 gram. So the starting dose he recommended of 1 gram would be around 24 drops.
I would love to see you do... maybe not a compilation video of things you've already covered, but a collection of ideas (foods, supplements, timing) dedicated to single topic.
