Flaxseed, keifer, magnesium, sardines, vitamin D, chamomile tea, romaine lettuce, high glycemic carbs 4 hours before bed.
1. Asparagus powder 2. Sauna 3. Kefir 4. Flaxseeds 5. Fatty fish 6. Vitamin D 7. Camomile tea 8. High carb 3-4 hours before bed 9. Romaine lettuce
The first time I ever took 2000mg of omega 3 fish oil it put me to sleep for hours without waking up . I notice a difference in sleep if i don't take it every night
I may have missed it, but I'm wondering why you didn't mention tart cherry juice. Also, I sleep well when I have a rice cake, peanut butter and raw honey. I have an old book called "Folk Medicine" that recommends raw honey for a lot of things, including raw honey for better sleep. I'm just wondering if you've ever tried it. I forgot the recommendation from the book, but in searching on youtube one guy says to take about a half teaspoon about 15mins before going to bed.
Maybe do a video on how to STAY asleep?
Turkey and beef always makes me sleep the hardest.
For me a bowl of porridge made with oats and coconut flour works like a charm, alternatively banana porridge with mashed bananas and coconut flour as the main ingredients... a couple of hours before bedtime, lots of magnesium and potassium... try it!
Kava tea and a joint will do the job.
Heres a strange one but banana peel tea works as well 😎
Cool! Now how about “staying” alseep??? 🤔
