Thanks for the advice Thomas. I have been following you for the last 3 months after finding your channel while looking for advice in my own health/weight loss journey. I am currently down to 195 from 285 about 1 1/2 years ago. Your advice has brought new levels of success to what I have had to learn on my own. So thank you for what you do.

My mother uses food as relaxation and “treating yourself“. To some extent, I have that as well and it effects my weight. Not to mentioned it made my mom obese. I plan to separate relaxation from food when possible. Obviously family meals are great, but mine lasted three hours and food was always on the table during that time. With my child, I want to train us to eat, clean up and then do something relaxing.
Thank you I tell my daughter this all the time chicken is protein and rice is carbs, food is fuel I say get it she says yep👌💪
