I had back pain for a week. I realised my gut was inflamed as my inguinal hernia was sore. A couple of days ago I decided to fast for 48. This morning I woke up with zero pain. Fasting is awesome
So no workout for 3-4 days? High fat/protein low carb a day prior, fast for 2 days, high fat/protein low carb, then workout and eat regularly on the 5th.
When should we eat the sardines?

I fast one day a week, it's slow going and takes perserverance. One day out of seven is a serious commitment for me. I realize dieting can cause relapses. I do get hunger pangs, apart from that I have good results and I feel good about myself. That makes me want to do better for my body. This to me, is what counts.
