Thomas I'm a pharmacist and ive been watching you for many years and i'd love to see an updated video on what you actually take in a day. Its pretty difficult for me to keep up with a different supplement video almost everyday so I really just try to incorporate the ones you mention that I think will have the greatest impact on my goals. Also I really feel like you or your team need to take a little time out mentioning potential interactions or contraindications that can be serious. Methylene Blue has some serious interactions especially with those on antidepressants.
After watching all the supplement videos I've now quit my job to allow enough time to swallow every pill and powder. I spend over $2,000 per month on Supplements but have maxed out all my credit cards and am now looking for sponsors to help fund my healthy lifestyle.
Thomas, I think you may be mixing up TMG acronyms. Trimethylglycine (TMG, or betaine) is a dietary supplement that acts as a methyl donor and influences homocysteine levels. The paper you refer to at 2:36 clearly shows that the authors are studying Thiamet-G. Thiamet-G is an inhibitor of the enzyme O-GlcNAcase. Both compounds can be abbreviated with the acronym TMG. If you are offering health advice on the internet it's important that you read and understand the research.

Read before you buy more and more supplements: Today is Dec 27, 2025. At 57 yrs old, starting Sep 15, 2025, I have lost >20lbs and >5” of belly fat while building muscle. Before that I drank alcohol nearly and ate pure garbage every day for >25 years. I was not well, and going down hill. I did this by eating way more protein, way less carbs, no alcohol or refined food at all, working out 3x a week and trying my best to walk (I miss a lot of walks due to long work hours). My supplements are low carb Protein powder, creatinine, the basic vitamins, and Psyllium husk to help me go…the only thing I now count is the weight and belly circumference. I do not count carbs or protein. I just eat as much protein and as few carbs as I can. Too many supplements can cause anxiety and you could really make a mistake with overdosing vitamins. (Yep, that happens). Happy health hunting.
I watch this channel and a couple of others about health. At this point I no longer eat any food since it’s all I can do to have my three meals a day of supplements.
