It’s amazing to me how they try to sabotage anything that’s healthy for us. They just don’t want us to know they’ve poisoned our minds for years with their bullshit studies now people are starting to know the truth. They can’t have that They try to step in and sabotage it. Thanks for making these things clear that olive oil is good for you and that’s just a fact a fact that they don’t want us to know because then the food system can’t poison us all.
Olive oil made me fat??!? That son of a bitch. I knew it wasn't my fault.
Menopause made me question everything about nutrition 😩 foods I thought were healthy sometimes left me bloated and tired. I kept changing diets trying to figure it out but nothing seemed consistent. Then in a menopause forum someone mentioned the Menopause Transition Playbook (LGrant). I followed it and things flipped—27 lbs gone, digestion calm, sleep peaceful again. Crazy how little people talk about this.
Best to stick with saturated fats anyway.
We're getting to the point with health information conflicting with everything we hear that it's almost pointless to even keep track of anymore.
I would also be curious to know the quality of the olive oil they were using in the study. Always best to go with single origin extra virgin olive oil
