How nobody talks about a book The Secret Health Reset, can’t believe how underrated it is. This book has some serious knowledge they don’t tell you about health, changed my life.

My experience, along with a heap of ketovores and carnivores: Saturated and monounsaturated fat eaten to satiety strips you of fat, if you keep carbs low. Faster than anything else - while satiated.

I have gastritis. A few days ago I developed a flareup and something told me to eat butter. No exaggeration, I experienced almost instant results. And I continued to eat a little for the next few days and today I feel no discomfort. My diet still needs improvement but just by adding butter it gave me relief.

Best takeaway from the video was the context of overeating saturated fat on the standard American diet. I would love to see the same study done on the fats when in a low carb or carnivore setting where the Randle cycle isn't in play.
