And if you have a chance to travel like Italy Spain or wherever eat the local food and enjoy your vacation.Keto can wait.
I put together a meal plan for insulin resistance using Whole Foods, here it is for free: http://www.thomasdelauer.com/eatrealfood - The best way to adhere to something is just have a plan. This is a thank you for joining my newsletter and subscribing
such a well put together video and guidance for keto. love it, thank you.
does lmnt still have maltodextrin in it?
@04:00 Re: gluconeogenesis and amino acids - for the ordinary person, GNG from amino acids is minimal, unless at least overnight fast, then not zero. So this might apply to ketogenic peeps, or people on +12 hour (really +36 hour?) #fast. And even then, isn't it so, rhetoric question, that glycogen, lactate and glycerol are going to dominate substrate sourcing, then hepatic GNG. And the aminos for GNG 'cost' much more because of nitrogen waste metabolism has to deal with. So, only in prolonged starvation or extreme metabolic stress does it significantly divert amino acids to GNG. Just my 2 cents. I wish I had all the pub links.
Best one for us metabolic nerds big guy
They are not good friends if they are peer pressuring you to eat French fries
