After 14 years of a lot of research, thinking, trial and error, I’ve come to the conclusion that 2 meals per day is ideal. Usually the first meal is very high protein, moderate fat and low carb. The 2nd meal is usually moderate protein, low fat, high carbs. Overall the central piece of my 2 meals is always either red meat, chicken, porc, small fish or shellfish. I aim for 120g of proteins daily and I’ve found that making compound butters or sauces with the right ingredients is the key to eating a lot of protein. I do also use 4 supplemental foods to cover nutrients that are usually lacking in everyone’s diet ; beef liver 1 meal per week, 3-4 cups per week of high collagen bone broth with seaweed, then every morning 5 ml of very high quality raw cold pressed cod liver oil from Scandinavia and finally I always have some raw fermented vegetables/fruits in 1 of my 2 meals.

Food has diferent effects in diferent people. This is why most of the studies are contradictories. Some food Will give a sugar spike and not to you. Find what gives u energy, libido and weigh loss. For some Will be carbs for other fats for other proteíns.... Diferent ratiios

I ate a tub of ice cream last night right before bed and slept like a baby. I imagined a glucous spike from hell and that I was destroying myself (guilt) . . and yet I woke up and felt the best I have in ages . . go figure. My mother is 93 years old and has an incredible sweet tooth . . she eats biscuits with black tea every day and she eats ice cream every single day too. No diabetes. No issues. 93 and going strong.
