I've been doing this for two years! Ever since I started fasting and going on a deficit. I have lost over 75 pounds. No I have been training for 6 months. I went from obese to looking like a bodybuilder. No cap I have documebted everything.
I make my own chocolate (melted cocoa butter 150 gr +organic cocoa powder 150gr ) but add raw honey - 50 gr, it's about 1gr of honey in 6 gr of chocolate so it's low carb, 1 piece it's about 3 carbs.
I saw your video on walnuts and made dark chocolate covered walnuts to eat as a healthy treat, and you upload a video on dark chocolate today 🤣
I have coffee every morning with taurine, then a bit later I have homemade hot cocoa made with 20 grams of 90% chocolate, allulose and acacia fiber. Yet, I have only got a bigger belly and am feeling stressed out- perimenopausal.
Have to make sure it’s real chocolate as we are being misled under the force pretenses to believe it is
