It’s insane how underrated book called TestoGenesis Protocol by Angelico still is. Anyone serious about peak testosterone should’ve read this already.
My sardines are laughing at this "study". I feel great!
…the research was done with rancid oil capsules ….always take liquid cod liver oil which is cold pressed and molecular distilled (so no mercury) …and never capsules as they are all heated.…
I think it's quite odd... Since I was researching this recently. Most of the recent "scientific" studies are saying it's not as good as first thought etc. Yet anecdotally people overwhelmingly state experiencing the benefits of fish oil supplementation. Remember the main thing was brain health or joints. It makes you smarter. Is there any reason they wouldn't want people being smarter? Just a thought. It's a good idea to look at who is sponsoring or paying for all of these recent studies on fish oil and why?... Yeah. I know... Still it's a logical thing to consider.
Who payed for the research, after all the different studies saying Eggs are bad, Coffee is bad for you , so on and so on, I see a pattern of if it’s good for you medical journals say it’s bad at least until some organizations pays for another study saying no we were wrong it’s not bad, follow the money, I don’t need any medical journal telling me how my body feels takeing omega three’s, I do according to what or how it makes me feel, eat the right Whole Foods for your body type and how it makes you feel, your body is the judge on what it wants and needs. Thanks for providing your knowledge friend.
Nick Norwitz had a video on a new supplement geared towards the brain that is DHA bound by phospholipids. The specific form is LPC-DHA. According to CHAT-GPT This form is highest in fish roe, krill and cod liver. There are also small amounts in sardines and mackerel. It also said that your body can create this form with phospholipidcholine from eggs and DHA from sardines and other fatty fish. I failed biology the first time I took it in college so I would recommend doing your own research.
Excellent info, very helpful Thomas!
Thanks, Thomas, super helpful as ever, am downloading audio so can listen again and fully digest.
Great , thank you
Excellent!
