A lot of these things won't work if you are histamine sensitive. I tried most of these and it made things only worsen. Until I had a chat with chatgpt and it pointed me towards a histamine sensitivity issue. f.e. glycine will make it worse this way. You first must fix the histamine issue, so NO supplements, check what you eat and in my case take quercetin or in emergencies after not able to sleep again a tablet of citrizine. I am now slowly getting better sleep again. All these "health" channels never mention it! Histamine destroys sleep and nothing will work until you fix it!

I'm going to give this a try. I don't have an issues falling asleep but my brain doesn't always want to shut down and I wake up at 3AM and don't go back to sleep.
I tried glycine about two months ago. It is absolutely changed my life when I sleep. I’ve struggled with sleep for years and years now I fall asleep pretty fast and I can sleep up to six hours without waking up with just glycine.
