Can I get some coffee with my caffeine/theanine/mct/carnitine/cinnamon/honey paste?
• Carnitine (2g): (3:15) Helps transport fatty acids into the mitochondria to be used as fuel, effectively helping your body burn the fat that coffee mobilizes. • L-Theanine: (5:33) An amino acid that helps calm the jittery, anxious side effects of caffeine, resulting in smoother, more focused energy. • MCT Oil: (6:46) Quickly metabolized into ketones, providing clean, efficient fuel for the brain and potentially increasing energy expenditure and fat oxidation. • Cinnamon: (8:20) Acts as an insulin mimetic, helping to improve insulin sensitivity and mitigate the temporary reduction in insulin sensitivity that can occur after coffee consumption. • Manuka Honey: (10:00) A unique sweetener that contains antioxidants (phenolic compounds and flavonoids). Unlike refined sugar, it may help stabilize blood glucose and improve insulin sensitivity.
The 79 pills I will have to take with my coffee will obliterate any pleasure I get out of my morning joe!
The most complicated cup of coffee ever
Legend has it, if you add all of these ingredients at once, you’ll age so slowly that you’ll slip out of hub-time and can see Langoliers eating the world.
I’ll take a grande Carnitine MCT macchiato with a splash of coffee and a dash of theanine, honey and cinnamon.
Comment sectiin did not disappoint
