In 2019, I lost 100lbs in 9 months thanks to Thomas Delauer and Dr. Shawn Baker's Youtube videos. Each of you helped guide and motivate me so much to help me lose the weight. Thank you to each of you for teaching me so much! After a few rough years, I gained much of that weight back, now I'm back and focused on carnivore diet and fasting, I was so excited to see this video!! I really mean this to all anyone reading the comments, these 2 guys helped me more than anyone on my weightloss.

Its actually kind of funny how I got in to carnivore it was becouse I was farting too much. I tried to look whats up with this constant farting and turns out I had SIBO. Its a condition where the bacteria are in your small intestant and not the large and to way to get rid of it is to stop feeding the microbes so they die out and what the microbes eat is fiber. Many of the advices was that reduce your fiber intake but I didnt like to think ”is this the right amount is this working..” so I just cutted fiber out compmetely and thats the same time I stumbled in to carnivore. And man im so happy that i was farting all the time becouse not only did my farting stop completely my energy levels got much better and stable. I was waking up wery easily getting out of bed was efortles like i didnt eaven sleep just went to lay down for a bit. In the beginnig i did lost some power in the gym but not a lot my max bench was 95kg and in the first two weeks couldnt lift more than 85kg but after a month i was back in the 95kg with just meat. My guess its that it was becouse my body was very bad at gluconeogenesis at the beginning becouse i have allways gotten my sugars from food. But on the other hand my cardio after the first week skyrocketed. I was running before on the treadmil for 15minutes and was absolutely gassed but after only one week on carnivore i had so much energy in the gym i decided to go on the treadmill and i was on the 40minute mark and felt i can just keep going. I was tired but it was different the fatige was more managable i felt i could breathe better and after looking in to this it maybe becouse ketones carry mire oxygen than glucose and create less Co2. But the biggest reason i still do it is the mental side. I have ADHD and after carnivore my ability to consentrate is just on another level and im so much calmer 0 anxiety which i before had some broblems with allso. Allso had a broblem with compulsive thinking like i couldnt stop being in my head and that has allso gone away. For me attleast it has been a life changer and dont see myself going back. Been on it now for 2 years. If you have some of those mental issues i listed definettely give it a shot.

I can say that’s true! I’m on carnivore bc I have autoimmune condition. I started strength training less than 6mo ago so I don’t have a lot of muscle developed…. My RA is better, I lost weight and didn’t loose any muscle (they are still there 😂). Actually they are looking more defined even though I’m not lifting now

Lost around 20kg over the past few years all thanks to these two gentleman. I'm a 56 year old man who hasn't been to the doctor in about 4 and a half years for anything at all (that speaks volumes). Feel great (on my MEDS) - Meat, Eggs, Dairy, Stevia. NO PILLS at all. Carnivore for life I say!!!

LDL cholesterol A Texas A&M University study found that participants who gained the most muscle after working out had the highest levels of LDL cholesterol, also known as "bad cholesterol". The study found that LDL cholesterol delivers cholesterol to tissues, which may help build muscle during resistance training. Dietary cholesterol A study found that people who ate more cholesterol built more muscle, especially when protein and fat were matched. Inflammation Cholesterol may help with inflammation, which can be beneficial for building muscle. When muscles rebuild during exercise, they can become sore, and cholesterol may help with this inflammatory response. Muscle tissue repair Cholesterol may play an important role in repairing muscle tissue!( Carbs do not build muscle whatsoever)
