10/10 dentists approve of the sugar diet
Don't mix sugars with fats, and avoid seed oils allways
It’s wild how fast the pendulum can swing — from cutting all sugar to now mega-dosing it in the name of fat loss. Most women I work with in menopause are just trying to feel normal again… and all this conflicting advice just pushes them deeper into fatigue, inflammation, and frustration. Real healing starts when you stop chasing hacks and start listening to what your body’s actually asking for. This was a great breakdown.
Just a reminder for those that get concerned. This is a neutral video. Just the facts, not an endorsement. I’m personally still low carb/carb cycling and intermittent fasting (for my goals).
I’ve gone from 350lbs to 329lbs, as of this morning, using this approach and it’s taken 18 days. I’ve had a couple off days and slip ups but over all, it’s been easy and I’ve had starches on an evening, which worked fine. The heat thing is real! It’s like being on thermogens. I’ve probably lost as much as when I did keto a few years back but the energy is much better.
I have autoinmune and inflammation problems and I like the foods I eat on keto and low carb, is my favorite way of eating, so I am not changing, I found what works for me. Each person has to search information, be critical, think, try and decide what option suit them better
I tried it. I ended up with a sinus infection and bacteria in my whole body - as my immune system fell apart.
just realized.marshmallows are basically pure sugar... im in
Sustainability is the goal. Anything extreme is nonsense and every person is different , common sense balanced eating is the best way.
Are you going to update this with Nick Norwitz's info on how it's protein restriction that triggers FGF21, not sugar. You can get the same effect from almost all fat, and even mixing fat and carbs.
