My story so far. Over three months into the carnivore diet with daily intermittent fasting, and the results are life-changing! Here are my numbers: * Weight: Down 30 pounds * Blood Pressure: Improved from 139/90 to 117/73 * Fasting Glucose Levels: Dropped from 123 mg/dL to 79-86 mg/dL on average. * Ketones: Now at 2.7 mmol/L * GKI (Glucose Ketone Index): 1.7 This combination has truly transformed my health and my life!

I love goat cheese, milk, and yogurt!
Just made my world famous Texas chili. I used lots of 75/25 ground beef, and added sharp cheddar cheese. Not to mention, I added Goya Black beans for more protein and fiber. Needless to say, such a great meal considering it's been in the teens and 20s Fahrenheit here in Detroit last couple weeks. My last two workouts I felt so strong, also had more endurance
Trying to reverse type 2 & insulin resistance. I’m doing 80/20 ratio ground burger,sausage,cheddar cheese,eggs in all styles, sugar free plain yogurt, with a half dozen or so blackberries, coffee with heavy cream,Avacados, Salmon,shrimp,some cucumbers, cod,smoked baby clams,smoked beef sausage, Ribeye,Chuck eye,Ham, Pepperoni sticks, choc flavored grass fed bone broth protein shakes with coconut milk, I think I’m on the right track. These vids & comments are really helpful to newbies .
I eat some ground beef (20% fat) with a little cheese on it (to improve the taste) with eggs almost every day now.

I did OMAD with ground beef & shredded cheese for like a month back in 2020 and I burned the most mid section fat I ever have in 30 days. I was wearing XLs and I could wear all of my L’s comfortably.. it was crazy. Was hard for me to keep up tho
