Kefir, kimchi, sauerkraut, miso, kombucha, fermented seaweed, mixed fermented veggies, L. Reuteri yogurt. I have a little of each daily, along with tempeh maybe three times a week. Lots of fiber too, usually 40-50 grams a day. Healthiest my gut has ever been, I think. If I had to pick one think to take, probably kefir.
Anybody else in their mid 20s and love this content. None of my friends do
sauerkraut the real stuff
This guy is an incredible speaker and teacher. And is very humble and easy to listen to. Wow. Seriously blown away by him
I didn't get that much from this. I certainly don't think it answered the question: How to Repair Your Gut Health in 30 Days.

I love this guest!
I'm greatly impressed with this guest. I enjoyed listening to Dr. Zain Kassam explain so many points on this topic. He presents very well. This style makes it easy to follow and understand. I would love to hear more from him.
I often picture my body as my own personal universe, and I do my best to keep my hydro electric system and my gut buddies happy and healthy with whole no processed foods, prebiotics and probiotics (seed) + goat whole milk kefir, keeping hydrated and electrolytes replenishment, fermented foods, raw manuka and raw buckwheat honey - no redined sugars, balance of basic proteins and vegetables, dark berries, sprouted nuts, wild rice with quinoa and sprouted buckwheat, and matcha tea and matcha powder put in my grass fed whey protein smoothies. Covid wreaked my gut lining, so that after covid i had 5 bladder infections in a row; last one i refused any more antibiotics. I focused on strictly keeping to a diet (still do listed before ) to strengthen my gut buddies, along with concentrated cranberry capsules and pure unsweetened cranberry juice. Heading into 4th month after this, no more bladder infections, and my gut buddies village is once again thriving 😊
Just discovered kefir while searching for something else off the shelf and can't believe that decades of suffering gut issues began a journey of calmness in less than 2 weeks of kefir use
