1. Magnesium- 1g three time a day - huge improvement in sleep latency and increase sleep time 2. Passion flower - attach to GABA A and GABA B - induce relaxation 3. Glycine 3g - 1 hour before bed it reduce the body core temperature and expand blood flow 4. Chamomile supplements - it bind to GABA A - good for after work stress but it has sedation effect 5. L-theanine - 200 to 600mg - u need to experiment the right dosage and it also negates caffeine effect

I've been taking glycine before bed and it does seem to help quite a bit.
Melatonin has MANY other benefits!!
