In 18 weeks I’ve lost 9% of my body weight. This was a period of quasi-carnivore. According to the calculator, I gained 3 pounds of lean. Now, I’m introducing some low glycemic foods to increase fiber. The goal is to stabilize my BMI in the normal range. This segment was helpful at assessing my strategies going forward. I feel I can regulate more/less carbs going forward. The trick is not to Yo-yo again. Age 82… Keeping muscle at this age is primary goal…🦋

if you're scrolling and feel off, read this. i was burnt out, low energy, not myself. found Testosterone Rewired by David Brooks, had zero expectations but man. chapter by chapter it rebuilt me. no hype bs, not fake motivation just stuff that grounds you and resets your system. this book really saved me. wish I found it sooner.🔥

I've seen it with my Wife , in her 50's now and still has a six pack . She actually eats more than me but most of her food is natural . We eat grass fed meat , also good Butter . Goat cheese and yogurt , Lots of Olive oil here in Spain . Baked breads . Lots of Eggs too but from our chickens . Most important is to move , we have long walks with the dog every day . Vitamin D , sun , beach walks and feet touching the nature .

Thanks. I have lost 25% of my body weight in a little less than 2 years now. It is a result of avoiding sugar and ultra processed foods and replacing them with delicious whole foods and minimally processed animal products, with an emphasis on foods with anti-inflammatory properties and contain antioxidants.

I’m 52yo and lift weights and I get leaner and feel better eating in maintenance and moving more than I do in a deficit.

Thomas, your content is absolutely fantastic—thank you for all the deep dives and research you do! I really appreciate how you break everything down so clearly. One thing I’d love to see more of is clarification on whether the information applies to women too, especially since hormones and metabolism can differ so much. Keep up the amazing work!

Lyle McDonald literally talked about this 2 decades ago! Crazy to know the science is catching up to him, his stubborn fat loss protocol worked so well back in the day with the high cardio and yohimhine as bill said it blocks the icky fat receptors in those stubborn areas! ❤❤❤ thank you lyle he for sure is the GOAT
