When I originally found DeLauer's content in 2018, I was pescatarian after a decade of vegetarianism. After struggling with gut issues, I cut carbs from my whole food diet. The oxalate dump was intense! Today, I eat a Lion's diet. Ribeye steak, ghee, bone broth, and water. At 5'11 158lb. Gaining serious muscle at 55 years young. Down from 183lb.
If all these studies and this video is true, which I have no reason to believe it isn't....then it makes a massive change to how I view my diet and I'll be nowhere near scared of having some additional protein from now on.
I noticed when I increased my protein to about 200g a day, I never forget to leave comments on Thomas's little youtube videos. Before I would always hit that like, but so often forget to write a comment. NO LONGER
I can't believe he left sleep off the list. It's well known that your body can hold fat if you don't get enough sleep
