I shouldn't even be writing this because it goes against everything we've been taught, but I can't stay quiet anymore. Back in the day , you drank milk with every meal and we weren’t fat . Maybe that’s why.
I use to drink a ton of milk as a kid and young adult up until my late 30’s. I had no belly fat then. I started cutting back more and more until I rarely drink it. My belly fat has increased quite a bit. Mind you I’m posted menopause and that could be a factor as well as other things
