The Most Powerful Cortisol Reducer and Energy Booster I've Seen in Years
Leveraging Shilajit: Cellular Repair, Oxidative Stress Management, and Performance Enhancement
Discover how Shilajit, a traditional compound, combats cellular fatigue by improving stress response pathways, offering an alternative to constant caffeine reliance.
Short Summary
- Blunt oxidative stress markers, supporting bone health and cellular integrity.
- Bolster mitochondrial function and stabilize the HPA axis for resilient energy output.
- Optimize athletic performance indicators like strength maintenance and tissue repair signaling.
This review analyzes modern research on Shilajit, focusing on its established role as an adaptogen. Learn the mechanisms behind its stress resilience benefits—from antioxidant action to gene signaling—and specific contexts for utilizing it as a targeted performance amplifier, not a daily crutch.

My Pre Workout = 1 pinch (250-350mg) of Shilajit resin, 2g cinnamon powder, 3g dark unsweetened cocoa powder, 2 raw garlic cloves crushed, 1g black pepper powder, 3g L-Arginine powder - all mixed in hot black coffee (240mg caffeine). I have been using this pre workout from last 6 months and my Bone Mass increased from 4kg to 4.4kg, body fat from 29% to 18.1% and Lean muscle from 52kg to 58.95kg as I am on body recomposition. P.S. I am 38 male.
"Off the charts powerful" means might make 0.01% difference
Nothing to do with shilajit, but _re_ cortisol: Thomas, you should have Georgi Dinkov on the show. He's done some interesting animal model studies on steroid hormones (in particular DHT and progesterone) and how they interrupt cortisol signaling to literally cure "incurable" cancers. He isn't degreed in the life sciences, but he is very insightful and has actually conducted primary research.

I have been a fan and subscriber for years. I'm really getting lost and overwhelmed keeping up with your videos and all of these supplements. I implement so much of what you discuss and i still feel with every new video that i'm not doing nearly enough the right way. You have me more lost now than anything.
Taking it, not saying it is no good, but nothing dramatic.
It may taste bad, but still waaaaay better than sea moss 🤢🤮
