I ate 6 eggs today.
I gotta be honest liver is the most disgusting food I've ever tried, I literally had to puke when I tried it
Getting iron from red meat will never be problematic because red meat contains carnitine, a potent antioxidant
My favorite foods as a small child were liver, sardines, prunes, eggs and cod liver oil.

To me, liver is so nasty, but boy, let me tell you, the power increase I get in my workout next day is wild.
Iron-Sulfur clusters are important parts in up to half of all electron transfer proteins, so that's another reason why you need [high-quality] iron (and sulfur).
I always say it's not called a "DIE-ER"
Good quality liver sausage (homemade) is delicious. I grew up eating it. I don’t trust those store bought things. Would love to find a good source for liver; it also is delicious pan fried and seasoned with salt and pepper.
