Don't eat ultra processed stuff
Im on a weightloss mission. From 98 kg to 89 kg. Started with increased amount of step per day from 5000 to 10000. Also added some cardio along with being in 500-700 defecit. But then I heard about the Caloric Setpoint, and that I could mess that up being in defecit. So I went ahead and changed diet to 100% Carnivore + MCT oil, cutting as much carbs as possible. Went back to 2000 kcal though. Down to 10-30 grams carbs per day at the most. Doing mostly 21/3 hours Intermittent Fasting. Im on day 18 on carnivore, but been on weightloss mission for 7 weeks. Still feeling strong. Dropped from 98 kg to 91 now. When I reach 89 in two weeks, I will gradualy bring back som carbs and stay around 25% carbs, 50% meat, and 25% veggies on my plate. Need to find the new balance.

In March i started my weight loss journey, and have been pretty strict on it, a few cheat weeks due to vacations. but started with keto, then hit a platuea and moved to interminant fasting, and keeping a caloric deficit and still keeping the carbs low, and the carbs i am getting are coming from fruits and veggies. started at around 355lbs and now down to 270lbs with very little working out. videos like these have helped me so much. my goal is to be 250lbs by the end of the year
