As a beekeeper and nutrition student I greatly appreciate you doing a video on this topic, clearing up a lot of misinformation and being honest.

I couldn't sleep on keto until I started adding a teaspoon of honey before bed. This was the recommendation of Dave Aspery. Slept like a baby.

A single data point from me, but not a surprise for anyone familiar with honey being used in hospital settings: I had a pesky infection on my upper lip (unsure if it was a cold sore but this thing stayed for months, flaring up then coming under control on and off) and started using Manuka orally and topically. Went away and stayed away. Manuka even tastes like medicine but not in an unpleasant way. Thankfully, living in AU, the good stuff from NZ that's unrefined is widely available - should be a dark creamy brown that's almost opaque. Game changer.

Forget honey, it's the bee pollen that shuts down cortisol

Good stuff. As a beekeeper, I am well aware of the difference in honey the bees make. Especially raw, untreated honey compared to the industrially processed stuff you buy in little bear bottles at the store. Honey is a limited, seasonal resource so just be aware of where you're buying it from. Lots of fake out there.

Sweet! Mornings are looking good now with a teaspoon of Manuka Honey washing down a square of dark chocolate. Keep it up Thomas!

Manukora must have been hit with a lot of orders from people watching this video. I still haven't recd. notification that mine has been shipped.
