Ceylon cinnamon is healthier for daily or therapeutic use because it contains significantly less coumarin, a compound that can be harmful in high doses and negatively affect the liver. Cassia cinnamon has higher levels of coumarin, making it suitable for occasional culinary use but potentially risky for prolonged consumption, especially for those with liver conditions, children, or pregnant women

In ketosis for 6 weeks, but my fasting glucose has been 100-105 consistently. Mixed 1 tsp of cinnamon into my morning coffee for the last 2 days, and my fasting glucose values were 88 and 94! Finally!
