I'm down to 242 from 400 and I had lots of health problems for 25 years. I was prediabetes,3 heart surgeries, Spine,pinched nerve, Gout, Blood pressure and lot more. I have been doing OMAD (One Meal A Day) for the last week. I don't eat breakfast or lunch. I only eat dinner, but I make sure it is a quality dinner with high quality red meat and fats, no sugar and very little carbs. All my health problems went away. Meats, greens and nuts are not that expensive. Better to eat these regardless if they are or are not grass fed/finished than eating processed foods.
I’ve been carnivore for 2 years now I eat mostly red meat and eggs and I’ve never been as healthy as I am now at 43 even when I was a teenager! I used to be fat overweight and pre diabetic until I went carnivore then literally everything got better ❤
