As someone who suffers from shin splints, I have bought those exact compression socks and they truly work. Compression socks aren’t a placebo, they are given to you after you have medical surgery to ensure you don’t get blood clots as they promote blood flow to the area. Blood flow to the legs in this case = decrease in swelling/inflammation. For anyone wondering if they should go for them, do it!
Flip belts are supposed to flip! Put all your stuff in and essentially turn it inside out, everything secured with the openings against your body👍 surely Ben knew this 😂 Great vid., I’ve got quite a few of these products- Balega socks are outstanding.
You can get the flipbelt with a zip pocket
I've run in nothing but Balega Enduro socks for years. They've been very comfortable and durable too. I get the comments about the thickness, but I actually find that a bit more comforting than the thinner socks I wore in the past. I run in a fairly hot climate in South Africa but have never found them too thick for me. I also like that Balega started in South Africa and the name is Zulu for moving fast.
The only one with no sponsors. You are the best ❤
Balega socks are the best running purchase I've made. I'm slowly turning my sock collection into all Balega socks and I wear them for everyday use just because of how comfortable they feel (slowly because of the price!)
For the flip belt, I turn the pockets round into my waist so things can't fall out 🙌
Love the sis gel. In summer, you can freeze it the night before, and eat it chilled!
I love that you got straight to the point with these reviews!
Love Tailwind. I buy the big pack, pre-mix it and add it to my water bottle/s for long runs
