I listen to music when working out I don't go on social media while working out!
I don’t know about the whole music thing, but I do know sometimes when I find the right track, that song goes on repeat and becomes my theme song for the entire workout 👊💪
lol, the value of cleaning house. Every year, prior to working out my tax returns, I need to spend time sorting my house out to get myself into a state of mind for the tax return, which I hate. Afterwards I think that wasn’t so bad and the house is in good order!
