It’s hard to eat like a European here in America because their food ingredients are 100% better than the USA
I live in Norway, Scandinavia. The most important thing, I think, is that the diet is as close to the raw material as possible. Evolutionarily, we are not made for multi-processed food. English breakfast, which consists of eggs and bacon, is a good example of a good start to the day. You get a lot of good proteins and normal fat. This keeps you full for a long time and reduces the need to snack throughout the day before the main meal.
I love how Thomas experiments with foods/schedules and offers different options. Always look forward to these videos.

This is exactly what I’ve been doing for months and I’m feeling much better l just gravitated to it! Live in farm country and eat local as much as possible! Unlimited supply of duck eggs and meat + raw milk! 77 years young and no meds
I think one thing we can all do to supercharge our health is to eat more fermented foods with every meal and as a bonus it is a great way to store food.
