In my opinion, the only way to stop sugar cravings is time. Just like any drug the longer you don’t use it the lesser the cravings become until they eventually go away.
I’m literally envious of people that don’t care for sugar 😞
I've had a sweet tooth my entire life. Any time I dieted I cold not have sweets in the house and it was a constant struggle. I decided to try the carnivor diet for one month last July. I saw my sister at one of my son's soccer games two months later. She said, are you still doing the thing? I said, what? The diet! she said. I had completely forgot I was even doing it, and I'm still doing it. I took brief breaks through Thanksgiving and Christmas but anyway... I can have any sweet now, at any time, and stop for months at a time with ZERO craving. I can walk through the kitchen with cakes, donuts, cookies, you name it in plain sight and don't feel the need for it at all.
I have the Cookie Monster gene.
I love sauerkraut and kimchi, bit never got into them ....until last year when I reduced sugar intake about 90%. After breaking the sugar addiction, I craved sour and bitter foods more. THANK YOU, Thomas !!!! Thought of your vids today, while grocery shopping ....and it changed what I got there.
ACV, dairy, eggs, foods with acidic acid. Eat them. They help your GABA. My favorite advice in this video.
Sugar is my drug of choice. It’s hard to resist it. I was excited to see the video. 🎉🎉

My fat ass clicked on this video cuz of the Taco Bell 🌮 🔔 bag 😅😂
I've been watching a ton of keto, ketovore, primal, and whole-food vegan videos, and the one common factor in all of the is the elimination of processed sugar. The absolute first step in healthy eating is getting rid of sugar. Follow that with the elimination of processed flour and you're on the way to great health.
