where's the guy that summarizes for us lol . listened to it twice im not picking things up
That’s me!! Everyday I’m up by 4am 😑
I lost 90lbs from June to Oct by fasting. In Nov after done fasting I could not sleep. Getting up 3 to 4 times at night. Doctor put me on 50mg trazodone. I didn't like how it made me feel and didn't work. Also did sleep study. But what worked for me was eating fruit before I went to bed. I know eat fruit after every workout and b4 bed. Your video described exactly what was happening to me. Thanks for video
New here, and just an fyi, you fast paced talking raises my cortisol! lol😂Listening at .9 speed. Thanks for your content!
I had the wake-up-in-the-middle-of-the-night sleep problem. I started focusing on micronutrients first. I added a regiment of vitamin D, K2, and magnesium to my multivitamin and fish oil. It seems to have made an improvement. Vitamin D and magnesium are super important for regulating sleep and cortisol. I rarely wake up in the middle of the night now. And when you get more solid of sleep, that also helps regulate cortisol levels too.
Everyone’s focused on “lowering cortisol”,but what I see a lot with women is they’re already trying to manage stress and still waking at night, gaining weight, and feeling exhausted. That’s usually where it’s not just cortisol… there’s a deeper metabolic pattern driving it.
I wake up at 4 am charging and don’t have any tired zones through the day only when about to go to sleep 60 yrs old

Way to go with your addition of visuals!! As a high school educator just verbally explaining something is tougher for people to absorb. I'm liking this addition to your videos.
I truly appreciate this video. You have nailed my experience of the past 5 yrs of time-restricted eating and the affects it has had on my body. The first year I lost 30 lbs and felt amazing. However, in the last 2 yrs, I've gained back 10 lbs, my tummy is no longer flat and I wake up every night at 3a.m. with cortisol pulsing through my veins for 2 hrs. This has been brutal and it NEVER occurred to me that it had anything to do with my "super healthy" eating pattern. I was becoming alarmed that it was some incurable disease. I found medical info about excess cortisol but offered no solution except meds--no thanks. Finally I found this video. I can't wait to start this reset plan. Thank you, Thomas, for all the distilled nutrition info you provide.
