Tom we need a new comprehensive connective tissue video for us over 40
I love how these influencers are starting to support one another by giving ‘shout outs’ to each other for their expertise. Kudos Thomas!
Thank you for this video. Looking forward to part two.
Thanks Thomas for the content as always very educational
Great content as usual. Thanks!
As a recent BSc Biology graduate, Thomas you’ve taught me more useful information over the years than my semester long Biochem, bio and chemistry courses. Thanks for all your hard work, you’ve inspired me to pursue research as a Masters student
As always Thomas, what can be a complex subject, explained concisely and in an interesting way.
Always solid content my man. Thank you!
Last couple videos are really great
Forget that nay sayers Thomas- great video- reminding us all to remember the variations of the approach we use- important!!! Knowledge is power and you’re reminding us how to use this to get the best out of ourselves day to day, week to week…. Sometimes a reminder is all we need to get this most out of that day, that session- if we just listen to our bodies and apply what you teach! It’s all so easy to get lost in what we’ve recently been told is the “best” method!! There are multiple “best” options out there- and reminding us that may in fact need/benefit from a change of focus day to day, within a program & see to that potential- is a positive message. It’s not too complicated- you do your best to make these different approaches understandable, accessible and most importantly - usable&applicable information For that continued mission, I for one thank you 🙏
