Regarding "didn't see any devices on amazon with needles longer than this" - the white dermastamp on the screenshot you showed is adjustable up to 3mm. At least mine is, which is identical looking and bought on amazon.

8:23 Dr Pen needles have an adjustment from 0 to 2.5mm in depth.

Regarding the comments on needle lengths: While many devices (like Dr. Pen or certain dermastamps) are physically adjustable up to 2.5mm or 3mm, most current Amazon US listings now explicitly state 0.25mm to comply with 'over-the-counter' regulations. Amazon has significantly tightened its enforcement recently, which is why many sellers now list their products as 'non-invasive' or '0.25mm' to avoid being flagged as restricted medical devices. So while the hardware you own may go deeper, the current listings often conceal this fact or have been modified to meet these new regulatory 'red lines.' I appreciate the feedback! It’s a great reminder of how quickly this space is changing. Please remember that needles deeper than 0.25mm carry higher risks and are generally intended for professional use. As with C02 laser treatments, micro-needling isn't a one-size-fits all. For a post-menopausal woman, with thinner skin than a younger woman or a man, who also has some telangiectasia and a Fitzpatrick 3–4 skin tone could develop post-inflammatory pigmentation and mapping (i.e. a spread) of spider veins, therefore requiring a gentler treatment and likely shorter needle length, as well as longer durations between treatments. Also, C02 laser wouldn't be a good idea for such a candidate. Whilst Dr Brad's videos are interesting, they typically over-generalise.

My Dr. Pen model is adjustable 2.5mm-.25mm Which is good because skin is thinner and thicker depending on where on the face 😊
