*Key Points to Remember After You Watch The Video. (Thank Me Later):* 1. Eating a big breakfast, especially one with eggs, helps your body burn more energy while processing the food compared to eating a large dinner (3:48-4:37). 2. A gene called PER1 is more active in the morning, which helps your body burn energy better and stay more sensitive to insulin early in the day (4:38-5:41). 3. The idea that eating egg yolks is bad for your cholesterol is outdated because your body naturally regulates its own cholesterol levels based on what you eat (5:42-7:25). 4. Eggs have a perfect biological value, meaning they contain the exact building blocks your body needs for muscle repair and keeping your metabolism working well (6:46-7:25). 5. The yolk of an egg is great for your brain because it contains nutrients like choline, lutein, and tryptophan that help you focus, remember things, and feel calm (7:26-8:55). 6. For the best results, try eating whole eggs for your first meal of the day while keeping sugary foods and carbohydrates low to stay full and energized longer (8:56-10:56). I hope I can get to 1 million subscribers soon. 👍👍👍
The old saying of "eat Breakfast like a King, Lunch like a Prince and Supper like a Pauper" has been bourne out then.
I can eat eggs anytime of the day 😋. Delicious and versatile.
I eat 8 eggs every morning. Been doing that for 2 years. 240 eggs a month. That’s rad! Oh and my body comp is proof that what you say is true…49 years old and best body I’ve ever had…
My doctor told me over 30 years ago to eat eggs. He said it was the best protein you can put in your body and forget the cholesterol baloney. He also told me to stay away from seed oils and margarine. Go full butter if you want it, and olive oil is the best if you like it. Being raised in a Greek family, that was easy.
Great insights! Here are my biggest takeaways: 3 Things That Stood Out: 1. A bigger breakfast can actually double your diet-induced thermogenesis compared to a small one (3:48). 2. Don't worry about the cholesterol in eggs; your body just regulates its own production to balance it out (5:42). 3. Keep your first meal high in protein and fats with zero sugar to really lock in that morning insulin sensitivity (9:06). Really helped me rethink my morning routine!
Wish I replaced my fruit loops in high school with eggs.. sigh
So much truth....I totally agree. I feel the difference when I change up....
Thx
