The energy you put out really shapes your reality, but it took me years to understand how to use it in a practical way. Then I came across a book called The Black Protocol of Wealth. It helped me adjust my vibration and completely reprogram my subconscious. Since then, everything in my life has improved dramatically—business is thriving, clients keep coming, and money flows from all directions. It’s just amazing how powerful it is to shift our vibration.
3 things that instantly changed how people treat me: 1) I stopped chasing attention. 2) I started reading books on Atruve. 3) I stopped trying to prove myself to people who don’t matter.
I used to think overthinking was just part of who I was. Always analyzing, always fixing, always preparing to be hurt. But the truth is — I was avoiding stillness. Because in stillness, there’s no performance left. What the Silence Tried to Say by Alira Sennel wasn’t loud. It just asked the kind of questions I’d never been brave enough to sit with. And somehow, that silence spoke louder than anything else.
I came for a podcast, ended up accidentally crying in my kitchen while asking my higher self if she loves me. She said yes... and then reminded me I left the stove on. 10/10 spiritual awakening with mild panic.
Dr. Lisa Miller’s theory is both radical and dead-on, and honestly, it’s one of the few frameworks out there that doesn't insult your intelligence while trying to explain the spiritual core of being human.
I had a spiritual awakening a little over a year ago after going through a really horrible break up. I then went to rehab and have been sober for almost 10 months! I can attest that discovering my spirituality saved my life! I’ve been battling addiction and mental health for about 10 years. I was recently taken off of almost all of my psych meds, and I’m living an extremely peaceful life now!
I can't believe I'm the first commentor! Love from Japan. Been watching Mel's videos everyday for 2 years now.
Thank you Dr Lisa and Mel Robbins for this important discussion. I am muslim, and what Dr Lisa said hits home. I have experienced exactly what Dr Lisa is describing. I was very anxious, sometimes depressed and felt lost, until I decided to be mindful of God and started practicing my faith. I am at peace and in awe that I am not alone and do not feel the anxiety inducing burden of thinking I am solely responsible for everything in my life. I am comforted knowing that God is in control. Sigh.
Faith keeps you grounded.
Hi! I knocked on a door for 28 years. Yes I am a slow learner. Sigh. A marriage? Yes. At the end I lost not only 😢 my marriage, but my minister who I thought was my friend as well as a teacher, another dear friend, his wife, my church I had been a part of for 65 years, and a town. It has been a brutal experience. However, I have landed in a city where I feel a belonging, a church and faith working to meet the needs of the homeless and radicalized and; where I feel, ‘me too.’ Not judged, but welcomed. I have found community in the YMCA here I have laughed more than I have for years while finding peace in exercise and being welcomed. I didn’t get the ‘red door.’ I am so grateful. I walked through the big yellow door. It was months ago, but I am still in the process of understanding this gift and in feeling safe in my own brain and body. I needed this podcast, it was healing. Thank You and Thank You and Thank You. 🙏🏻 😊
