I'm honestly shaking as I write this because I finally feel like I have my life back. Three months ago, I was that 45-year-old woman popping three different medications, feeling invisible at work, and watching my body betray me despite doing "everything right." Then I stumbled across this little book called The Peasant's Prescription by Grace Wild, and it felt like finding a treasure map that Big Pharma buried. She reveals how our grandparents' generation lived to 90+ without chronic disease, using simple "peasant wisdom" that the modern food industry doesn't want you to know. I stopped following mainstream health advice, started eating like my great-grandmother, and my doctor is baffled by my latest bloodwork. This isn't about expensive superfoods or complicated protocols. It's about reclaiming the forgotten knowledge they've been hiding from us. Everyone needs to read this book before it's too late.

I’m a PhD, and ‘Real Health Is Simple’ by Julian Marks is one of the few books I suggest everyone to read. It’s really powerful and eye-opening

I’m only a minute into the video and I am waiting for how nicotine ties into taking LMNT somehow…

Thanks for talking about Nicotine independent of smoking. The sooner we can de-couple these things, the better IMO.

Nicotine is a wonderful drug. But the long term problems out-way the benefits in the short term, and I've "tested" it for years. Just don't' start, not worth it.

I actually wore a nicotine patch for 7 years after being pregnant. Out of nowhere, I had a massive clotting event. I needed to be put on blood thinners and stop wearing the patches because of the stimulant effect on my vascular system.... I'm still on thinners but I havent had another clot and have had all bloodwork ran with all negative results for genetic clotting factors. I know everyone is different but just be mindful of this side effect...

This shouldn't shock anyone, people who smoke tend to be thinner than non-smokers and it isn't magic. Smoking is awful, wouldn't ever consider starting, but I take pouches and have for a while now. I also quit about a year after taking them, stopped for 2 months just to see if I could, felt a bit worse than caffeine withdrawal for about 5 days and then I was basically back to normal. If you have problems with willpower, think carefully before starting, if you know your mind it strong and you can push through crappy things, you'll be fine to start and stop at will.

I've never been a smoker, but enjoy the 2mg nicotine pouches... very relaxing for me.
