When I was a beginner I kept it simple, starting with a 12 hour fast for a month and slowing cutting out all the white stuff. Then I progressed to 16:8 and low carb. Finally now I'm strict keto/ carnivore and alternate between OMAD and two meals a day with a 18:6 approach. Super easy and I don't kill myself with exercise! 🤓❤️
I'm happily enjoying 100 lbs of fat loss from IF and adding in some fasted walking. I feel fantastic. Thanks for always providing great advice AND explaining the mechanisms behind the change. I just wish I could tighten up my belly skin a bit.
reading about people grabbing multi-figures monthly as incomes in investments even in this crazy days in the market, any pointers on how to make substantial progress in earning? would be appreciated.

I’ve dropped 25 pounds in the last couple of months on keto intermittent fasting I have been drinking Bulletproof coffee in the morning before a 24/36 hour fast every couple of weeks . I’m 58 and I’ve never felt better in my life, I look younger than ever before!! My skin looks amazing too! I’ve had 6 kids and couldn’t break that plateau in years, but now I weigh less than I have in 30 years!! I’m 5’8” and used to weigh 120 pound and just slowly put on the weight after each child . I’m always been muscular though that helps
I dropped 90 in 6 months with keto and if with working out 6-7 days a week. I just think with the rising food costs I think this lifestyle is sustainable.
Just finished a 3-day fast and I broke it the right way thanks to you.
