Im really waiting for heavy drinking and over eating to be the solution to longevity!!!
Moderate to vigorous exercise 5 hours a week. 80 percent light to moderate exercise and 20 percent vigorous or HIIT exercise. Eat a healthy diet (Mediterranean Diet, Keto Diet, etc.). Keep stress low (yoga and meditation help). IF and calorie restriction at least once a week. These will keep you healthy long term. Edit: I forgot total body weight training.
