My cousin is facing stage 4- liver, bile duct and lung cancer. Shes using a holistic doctor and its not working. Shes on hospice right now and shes only 55 years old. She is a wonderful gal and we have been like sisters since shes only 3 days older. Yall just say a prayer for her and all of those who love her. ❤️

My son Tai was diagnosed with brain stem glioma at 1 year old. He was given 9 months to live. He was showing signs of regressing for at least 6 months prior to that but nobody believed me. But it was very easy for me to see something was wrong because he is a twin and his twin sister and him were always on par with their abilities when suddenly he started to regress. He stopped crawling , stopped cruising, couldn't pincer grasp anymore. He was also started to get limp like a rag doll. It was a long drawn out diagnoses, however when they were finally able to do an MRI they discovered the diffused tumor. He started intensive radiation for 6 weeks that day. But still the Dr's were not hopeful amd told us the same as this dr. That no one lives for more than 3 or so years with this tumor. Tai and his twin just turned 18 this past march. He is my miracle son. Yes , he has cognitive and physical disabilities, most likely alot are because of the radiation. He walks with a walker. However he can talk, laugh , run , has the best sense of humor ,and he is just all around the most amazing blessing ❤

I am a retired RN with my degree and have questioned the health care system I was working in Ontario. At the age of 26 I decided not to eat any man made stuff, like margarine, salad dressings with sugar ( I make my own vinegar and oil) and most canned foods and meats like hot dogs and other prepared meats. At 78 I feel healthy,still doing exercises and healthy activities. I am a Christian and use prayer to complete my healthy lifestyle.

Avoid sugar, processed food, drink water, get 7-8 hours sleep a night, eat whole foods, avoid excess stress and walk atleast 10k steps a day..... job done ✔
